Brought 2 watches for battery change and a ring to be sized. One of the friendliest places in North Palm Beach! I think her name is Angie and she is personable and knowledgeable! Went to get some things that were ready and dropped off some odds and ends of gold/silver to get an estimate. Being fairly new to the area, it’s so nice to now have a jeweler that I trust and like!

I called eloquence jewelry today all worried because I have been so sick with vertigo and I hadn’t been able to get my mothers wedding rings fixed earlier in the week also keeping in mind it was Mother’s Day weekend. My true Good friend Charlona took my moms rings to where I had called earlier today I spoke with Angie and Janine and after explaining to them that my mom is in a nursing home with beginners dementia and Saturday was my parents anniversary however Mother’s Day will be 3 yrs since my dad passed. After explaining everything they spoke with the owners said they would have it done by Friday. So I can give it to my mom Saturday my parent’s anniversary. They have no idea what this will mean to my mom and also got a silver chain to go with pendant I had already. They all are truly compassionate and professional. Thanks so much for making my moms day.

Excellent service. Because I worked in a jewelry store I am familiar with the customer service service required. Felt extremely welcome spoke with a lovely woman. And I think owner. She needed the name of an enamel guy in Chicago which I will get. Sorry I had not stopped in sooner will spread the word. Beautiful shop and staff!!!! Especially after the astoundingly rude unprofessional service the Swiss watch repair, Where my father had taken watches. After they told me that “this area does not require layaway.” Which made me laugh at both her unprofessional ridiculous attitude besides the falseness of her statement. Women always do layaway just so their husbands don’t know!!! Anyway lovely lovely store and staff. I also greatly appreciate being told it’s not worth sending my silver ring out to be resized for 65 dollars. Obviously you pay for labor ring not with it. Honesty and extremely lovely experience. I bought my mother a lovely inexpensive necklace and am waiting on watch estimate. You are a hidden gem!!!!

I had my diamond from my engagement ring set in my step mother in-laws ring wedding band today who passed about a year ago. I was a little hesitant because I had been holding on to it for a while not knowing what to do with it. It means something special to me so I did not want to modify it too much. I have a few friends that recommended I go into the store and I’m so happy I did! Everyone is very friendly I will be going back for more. Thank you again!
